Where we run
San Antonio International Airport (SAT)
Both terminals. Send your flight number and the vehicle is here when you clear the building — not a shuttle ride away.

Airport Pickup & Delivery · San Antonio
Send your flight number with the booking. We track the arrival, you walk out of the terminal to your keys — no shuttle, no counter queue. Returns work the same way.
What This Actually Is
Renting at an airport normally means solving a second transport problem before you get to the first one. We take that out — you send your flight details with the booking, and the vehicle is waiting when you clear the terminal.
UsuallyA shuttle bus to an off-site rental centre
HereThe vehicle is at the airport. The first thing you do after baggage claim is drive.
UsuallyA counter queue behind four earlier flights
HereThere is no counter. The paperwork is a signature at the vehicle.
UsuallyPickup instructions you have to decode
HereYou are told where to walk, and it reaches you on landing.
It is our vehicle delivery with a terminal in place of an address. San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is where nearly all of it happens, and most of those arrivals head straight out to the places we serve.

Airports We Meet You At
San Antonio International is the one this business was built around. Ask about the other two when you book and you get a straight yes or no.
Where we run
Both terminals. Send your flight number and the vehicle is here when you clear the building — not a shuttle ride away.
On request
Flying into Austin because the fare worked out better? Tell us at booking and the meet-up is quoted with the rest.
On request
For private and charter arrivals. Stinson has no scheduled airline service, so this is the general-aviation option.

Which one you get depends on the airport, the hour and how you are travelling. We agree it when you book and send you the exact point before you land.
The standing meet point at SAT
Pending confirmation
No single fixed spot is published yet, because the right one moves with the hour. Until it is settled, the point is agreed on your booking and confirmed before you land.
Not flying in?
The same hand-over works to a home, a hotel or a workplace anywhere we serve.
How vehicle delivery works →The full service area →How the Meet-Up Works
Arriving and handing back are the same four moves in opposite order. The third is the one people actually worry about, so it gets its own answer.
Who Books These
Four of these are military travel and the fifth is everybody else. What they share is a trip where a vehicle is not optional and the airport is where it starts.

Your household goods are on one truck and your car is on another. That gap is measured in weeks.
Orders shift and return dates slide. A rental that ends when you actually leave is worth more.
Graduation and retirement weekends fill this city. Four people and their bags need one vehicle.
A week of site visits across the city, terms you can see up front, and a receipt that makes sense.
Past a couple of days the fares add up, and a vehicle outside at two in the morning is worth something.
What We Need From You
One is filled in a week out from your sofa. The other has to be in your hand when you walk out of the terminal.
Goes on the booking
Airline, number and date. Without it a booking is only a pickup time, and a pickup time cannot move.
Arriving, departing, or both. A return leg is arranged with the booking, not at the end.
You reserve a class, not a car. Tell us the trip — people and bags — and we narrow it for you.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, debit included. It has to belong to whoever drives.
On you at the meet point
For the driver, at the hand-over. Minimum age 21, with 18 to 20 accepted on a direct booking.
From $250 on credit or a $300 minimum on debit, released 3 to 7 business days after return.
Many personal policies extend to a rental and some cards carry it. Worth confirming before you fly.
The walk-round, the fuel level, and a signature. That is the entire hand-over.
Age tiers, deposits, cards, mileage, fuel and cancellation live on the requirements page rather than being summarised differently on five service pages. If something on your booking sits close to a line, ask before you fly rather than at the meet point.
Rental requirements and policies →Fees, Timing and Reach
What the meet-up adds, how late you can ask, and how far we will take it. Here is what is settled and what is still being confirmed.
01 · The fee
An airport charge of its own
Pending confirmation
Whether meeting a flight is priced differently from any other delivery has not been settled. Rather than claim there is no surcharge, we say nothing in either direction — and quote you the full figure before you commit.
02 · The timing
The cutoff for a same-day arrival
Pending confirmation
No single hour is true every day — it moves with the class and with how far the vehicle travels. Give us the flight and you get a straight yes or no.
03 · The reach
A published limit
Pending confirmation
No boundary has been set and we would rather not invent one. A long run is a question worth asking rather than one to answer for yourself.
A delay moves your booking and costs nothing — we are watching the arrival. A cancellation is the one thing with a clock on it:
Pick the Class
No class is held back from airport pickup. What decides it at an arrivals kerb is not seats — it is bags. Five adults and five suitcases is a different vehicle from five adults.

Why Rent With Us
San Antonio moves service members and their families through that terminal every week of the year, and this company is run by people who have been on the arriving end of it.
Who we rent to
Active duty, Guard, Reserve, retired, and the families who move with them. Civilians too.
Run by people who served, in the city that answers to Military City. It is why an arrival is planned around your flight rather than our opening hours.
Military travel is the ordinary case here, not a niche we accommodate. The families moving with it count as much as the orders.
We serve the community at Lackland, Randolph and Fort Sam Houston and agree the hand-over point when you book. SAT to any of the three is our most ordinary trip.
Terms before you book, not at a counter with your bags on the floor. Nothing appears at the hand-over that was not on the screen.
Someone local who can make a decision about your rental. Worth most at eleven at night when a connection has gone.
Clean, fuelled and waiting at the meet point rather than being brought round while you stand with your bags.
The Other Four
Most arrivals combine two — a pickup at the terminal and a longer booking, or a same-day change of plan midweek.
Plans changed this morning. Tell us what you need and we will work to get you moving today.
We bring the vehicle to you anywhere we serve in the San Antonio area.
For PCS gaps, extended TDY, and stretches when you need a vehicle longer than a few days.
We rent to younger drivers. Check the requirements for the terms that apply to your age group.

Four have a complete answer today. Three say exactly what they depend on, which is the honest version while those details are confirmed.
No. Your flight number is on the booking so a delay is our problem rather than yours — we are watching the arrival, and the meet-up moves with it. Message us if you can, but nothing breaks if you cannot get a signal. Tell us about a diversion as soon as you know, because a different airport changes what is possible. A delayed flight is not a cancellation, so talk to us rather than cancelling.
You get the exact meeting point sent to you on landing, so you are reading it before you stand up. Depending on the airport, the hour and how you are travelling, that is the pickup lane outside arrivals, a space in the parking area, or a point just off the airport. We agree which one when you book and confirm it before you land, so you are never walking out of a terminal wondering where to go.
It is arranged rather than refused. Standard pickup and return hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week, and anything outside that is by prior arrangement at no extra charge. What matters is telling us the arrival time when you book rather than on the night — a late landing we know about in advance is straightforward. Red-eyes and delayed connections are normal here.
The same way in reverse, arranged with the booking rather than at the end of the rental. Give us your departure time when you book, we agree the drop point in advance, and you hand over the keys and walk into the terminal — no lot to find, no key box in the dark. Bring it back at the fuel level it left at. Our hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM seven days a week, and an earlier departure is by prior arrangement at no extra charge.
A valid driver’s licence for whoever is driving, and the card the booking is in. We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, debit included, and it has to be in the driver’s name. A deposit hold applies — from $250 on credit or a $300 minimum on debit — released 3 to 7 business days after the vehicle comes back. Minimum age is 21, with 18 to 20 accepted on a direct booking.
A delivery fee applies whenever we bring the vehicle to you rather than you collecting it, worked out from the distance and the pickup time. We quote it while you are booking, in the same quote as everything else, so the figure you agree to is the figure you pay. If collecting from us works out better for your trip, we will say so.
Ask when you book rather than at the meet point. Whoever drives needs to be on the booking with a valid licence, and the card has to be in the driver’s name — so a spouse or colleague collecting for you is a matter of getting them onto the agreement in advance, not something to sort out at the kerb. Our requirements page sets out who has to be named.
