Reporting in, or PCSing out
You have landed, the household goods have not, and there is somewhere you have to be on Monday. A vehicle at the door on day one is the difference between starting the week and spending it arranging transport.

Vehicle Delivery · San Antonio
Home, hotel, workplace, or the shop your own car is going into. Give us the address and a window when you book, and the keys arrive where the trip actually starts — no counter, no queue, and no ride to arrange just to go and collect a ride.
The Delivery Promise
Renting a car normally begins with solving a smaller transport problem first: getting yourself to the place the car is. That is the part we take out. You tell us the address and roughly when you need to be moving, we agree a window with you before the day, and the vehicle is standing there at the start of it.
It works to a home, a hotel, a workplace, or the repair shop your own vehicle is going into. It works for the JBSA community at a hand-over point we agree with you. And it works in reverse at the end, so returning the vehicle is not a second trip you have to plan around.
Delivery is not a favour we extend to people who ask twice. It is most of what this business does, which is why the window, the meeting point and the cost are all settled while you are booking rather than promised on the day. Arriving by air is arranged a little differently, and has its own page.
We meet you at the exact spot we agreed — which driveway, which entrance, which end of the car park. Not the street name and a phone call when we get there.
We go round the vehicle with you and note the fuel level while you are both standing there. Anything already marked is recorded before you drive, not disputed afterwards.
Signed at the kerb in a couple of minutes. There is no counter to visit before or after, which is the entire point of having it brought to you.
Who Books These
Four of them are circumstances. The fifth is just a preference, and it is a perfectly good reason on its own.
You have landed, the household goods have not, and there is somewhere you have to be on Monday. A vehicle at the door on day one is the difference between starting the week and spending it arranging transport.
Needing a lift to go and collect a hire car has never made sense to anybody. If you are arriving by air, the airport hand-over is its own arrangement and its own page.
Your own vehicle is going into the shop and you need something before it does. We can deliver to the shop itself, so you hand over one set of keys and pick up another in the same forecourt.
A meeting at an hour that has nothing to do with a rental counter opening. The window gets agreed around your day rather than around ours.
No situation required. Coming to a counter is a chore, the vehicle can come to you instead, and you do not have to justify preferring the second one.
Where We Bring It
What changes between these is the meeting point and the hour. What does not change is that we agree both with you before the day rather than on it.
The driveway, the kerb outside, or wherever on the street you can actually meet us.
The most common delivery we do, and the one people are most surprised is available at all.
The front entrance or the car park, with the front desk told to expect it if that is easier.
Graduation and ceremony weekends fill the hotels before they fill the calendar. Book the vehicle when you book the room.
We serve the community at Lackland, Randolph and Fort Sam Houston, and we agree the hand-over point with you when you book.
Tell us where you can actually meet a vehicle and what time works, and we will tell you straight away whether it works for us.
The car park or the kerb outside, before a shift or at the end of one.
Useful when the vehicle has to be waiting the moment you finish rather than the moment we open.
Straight to where your own vehicle is going in, so you hand over one set of keys and pick up another.
If you are waiting on an insurance decision, tell us — the dates usually move, and we would rather plan for that than re-book it twice.
It turns on the address and the hour rather than on a line drawn on a map. Across San Antonio is routine. Past that, tell us where and when and you get a straight yes or no while you are booking — which is better than deciding for yourself that we will not come.

Airport pickup and delivery →What It Costs
A delivery fee applies and we quote it while you book. Here is everything that actually differs between having the vehicle brought to you and coming to get it.
You collect it
We deliver it
Worth saying plainly rather than leaving to be discovered. The rate is quoted against the class you want and the dates you want it; the delivery fee is worked out separately from how far the vehicle travels and when you need it. You see both in the same quote, before you commit to anything — and if collecting the vehicle yourself works out better for your trip, we will say so.
Scheduling It
Most booking flows only tell you your half. Here is both, so you know exactly what is waiting on you and what is waiting on us.
At the Hand-Over
There is no counter to go back to on a delivery, which is the whole point of one and also the reason this list matters more here than it does anywhere else on the site. Two minutes of checking before the day saves the slot.
The physical licence, on you, at the kerb. This is the single most common reason a delivery cannot be completed on the spot — and unlike a counter, there is nowhere to step back to and sort it out.
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and the card has to be in the name on the booking. Bring the card itself rather than the number.
Every additional driver needs to be on the booking and needs their licence with them at hand-over. Adding one afterwards is a phone call; adding one at the kerb without a licence is not.
Many personal auto policies extend to a rental, and some cards include cover as a benefit. Check with your insurer or card issuer before the day, and check our requirements for what we ask for on our end.
Why Here
Every rental company says it is transparent and easy to reach. These are what those words have to mean when the hand-over happens at your address instead of ours.
The Other Four
Most bookings combine two of them. Tell us which situation you are actually in and we will tell you which combination is cheapest.
Plans changed this morning. Tell us what you need and we will work to get you moving today.
Land at SAT and meet your vehicle instead of a counter line. Returns work the same way.
For PCS gaps, extended TDY, and stretches when you need a vehicle longer than a few days.
We rent to younger drivers. Check the requirements for the terms that apply to your age group.
Every class we run can be delivered — economy through to luxury, and the truck and van that most people are actually looking for on a move-in weekend. Pick the one that fits the trip and tell us where to bring it.

Four of these have a complete answer today. Two say exactly what they depend on, which is the honest version of them.
Wherever the trip actually starts, as long as you can meet us there. Home, a hotel, your workplace, or the repair shop your own vehicle is going into. We agree the exact spot with you before the day rather than the street name — which driveway, which entrance, which end of the car park — because "outside the hotel" means four different things at a big hotel. If you are flying in, the airport hand-over is arranged differently and has its own page.
A delivery fee applies, and it is worked out from two things: how far the vehicle has to travel, and what time you want it. We quote it while you are booking, in the same quote as everything else, so the figure you agree to is the figure you pay — nothing appears at the kerb that was not on the screen. Collecting the vehicle from us carries no delivery fee at all, and we will tell you honestly if that is the better option for your trip.
Further than most people assume, and the honest answer is that it turns on the address and the hour rather than on a line drawn on a map. Across the city is routine. Past that, tell us where and when and you get a straight yes or no immediately, rather than working it out for yourself and deciding we will not come. Our service area page sets out the places we already serve.
We serve the JBSA community at Lackland, Randolph and Fort Sam Houston, and a lot of what we deliver goes to people posted there. The practical answer is to tell us where you can actually meet a vehicle and what time works for you, and we will confirm the hand-over point with you while you book rather than leaving it to the day. Ask when you book and you will get a straight answer before anything is final.
We do, if you want us to. Collection runs the same way as delivery in reverse: agree a window with us when you book rather than at the end of the rental, and we come to you. You can also bring it back to us instead, which carries no delivery fee. Our pickup and return hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week, and anything outside that is by prior arrangement at no extra charge. Bring it back at the fuel level it left at either way.
Tell us as early as you can and we will move the window if we can — a time or an address that shifts is normal and it is usually the easy part. The booking itself is a different question: our cancellation terms give a full refund at 48 hours or more before pickup, a partial refund between 24 and 48 hours, and no refund under 24 hours. So a change of time is a conversation, and a cancellation depends on how much notice there is. Either way we would always rather hear it early.
Tell Us Where
Give us the address and roughly when you need to be moving. You get the meeting point, the delivery window and the full cost back before anything is final — and if collecting it yourself works out better for your trip, we will say so.
